Registration Information
- 20% VAT will be added to all registration fees.
- All speakers, specialists, residents, and company representatives must register in order to access the congress exhibition areas and scientific sessions.
- The registration fee includes participation in scientific activities, name badge, pocket program, certificate of attendance, congress bag.
- Registration cannot be completed without accommodation or daily participation.
- Participation confirmation will not be issued to participants whose payments have not been completed.
Registration Cancellation Policy
- All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to Serenas Tourism.
- Cancellations notified by July 1, 2026 will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after July 1, 2026.

Accommodation Information
- Accommodation fees are 5-night package rates, covering check-in on December 1 and check-out on December 6, 2026, and are based on an all-inclusive concept.
- 10% VAT will be added to accommodation fees. The 2% accommodation tax is included in the prices.
- All accommodation arrangements for the congress must be made through Serenas Tourism.
- If full payment is not completed by November 27, 2026, a 20% surcharge will be applied based on late-period rates.
- Accommodation arrangements will be confirmed only after the participant sends an accommodation request to ugh@serenas.com.tr, approves the quotation provided by Serenas Tourism, and emails the bank receipt showing that the required payment has been made to the account details below. Applications submitted without an approved quotation, or those sent with only a bank receipt, will not be accepted and will be placed on the waiting list.
- Participants who do not book accommodation through the Organizing Secretariat and who only complete their congress registration, and therefore do not stay at the official congress hotels, are required to pay an additional €650 + VAT, on top of the registration fee, in order to access the congress center between December 1–6 and to benefit from hotel services within the hotel concept between 09:00–18:00 on those dates. Participants who do not make this payment will not be allowed to enter the congress center.
- The Central Bank Euro selling exchange rate on the payment date will be applied.
